SINGULAR AND PLURAL NOUNS
The plural form of most nouns end with -s
- bottle - bottles
- Pencil - Pencils
- Book - Books
- Sentence -I have four story books with me.
For nouns that end in (-s, -ch, -x, -z, -sh), -es is added in the plural form
- Box - Boxes
- Watch - Watches
- Bus - Buses
- Example - There are ten boxes on the table.
For nouns ending in -f or -fe , change -f or -fe to v and add -es
- wife - wives
- leaf - leaves

- Example - The wind swept the leaves away.
For nouns ending in -y or -o, the rules are not definite.
