ACOE( Alameda County Office of Education) Core Learning Team are organizing an English Learner Conference. The participant will be exposed to high quality, engaging mini lessons aligned with the CCSS for ELA/Literacy and the New ELD Standards.They learn about the important role that vocabulary development plays in the CCSS and practice strategies that explicitly teach academic language and foster academic language use in the classroom.
