| 00:05 | So I have been doing meetings , coaching sessions . | |
| 00:08 | All those things don't worry , cleaning is going on | |
| 00:10 | in the house , stays doing laundry . I've been | |
| 00:13 | doing them in the office but I want to set | |
| 00:14 | up a classroom because the office has a desk . | |
| 00:17 | I'll just show it to you somewhere . Hi Dave | |
| 00:20 | . So when you're filming it's dark so I always | |
| 00:24 | just put my laptop here and film in front of | |
| 00:26 | the window . But I actually have a ton of | |
| 00:28 | lights . I have the whole set up to have | |
| 00:30 | a legit classroom . I have my maps , my | |
| 00:33 | background so I'm gonna set up a spot downstairs . | |
| 00:36 | There's purple walls . It's gonna be awesome . We're | |
| 00:38 | going to set that up today . So come along | |

| 00:43 | what it looks like right now . Okay . Today's | |
| 00:44 | project kind of clean this that somehow blood from the | |
| 00:50 | toy room , which is going to be turned into | |
| 00:53 | a partial classroom . Oh , all you can think | |
| 00:59 | of is that like shark music doing it . Doing | |
| 01:02 | it boom . Yeah , it's been like this for | |
| 01:07 | a month . That's fine . Time to clean it | |
| 01:09 | up , organize it . Train the Children , look | |
| 01:13 | at all their creativity though . Here have all sorts | |
| 01:15 | of fun things they've done . They love creating Fort | |
| 01:18 | sports everywhere for sports , sports , sports . I'm | |
| 01:20 | actually loving this is like therapeutic to organize everything . | |
| 01:23 | All these put away . And I'm actually going to | |
| 01:25 | put a lot of the toys in the closet so | |
| 01:27 | the kids can't get to them . I'm not going | |
| 01:28 | to let them know where they are going , but | |
| 01:30 | it's nice just to organize this pile . Quite love | |
| 01:33 | it . I know it won't get messy again , | |
| 01:35 | but just how to tell you that I'm quite enjoying | |
| 01:37 | the organizing . Okay , these are all things are | |
| 01:39 | fun until I find them in every single barbie's hair | |
| 01:43 | . We got the second avis hair . She's a | |
| 01:45 | baby . We just left all day because we were | |
| 01:47 | too worried to pull on her hair . I think | |
| 01:49 | we ended up having to cut it out . Oh | |
| 01:51 | my God , she did like stick together like little | |
| 01:52 | bristles and you can build things , they stick to | |
| 01:55 | everything , don't get them in your hair . And | |
| 02:08 | here's this room , the fort cleaned up to uh | |
| 02:14 | Harold . Just kidding . I film workouts over there | |
| 02:17 | . So that is some boxing . It's packaged very | |
| 02:20 | nice . I got the white one . Love it | |
| 02:25 | . Love it . It's one that doesn't have a | |
| 02:28 | crank . So you plug it in . I love | |
| 02:30 | that because while you're teaching , you can just go | |
| 02:32 | straight up stand up or you can have it come | |
| 02:34 | down and I'll set up my backdrop so that I | |
| 02:36 | can stand worse . It . They've already found the | |
| 02:38 | toys . But she's doing one thing at a time | |
| 02:42 | . So we have to train . Well , I've | |
| 02:44 | been at a time . Hey , it is the | |
| 02:46 | next day and I am going to be setting up | |
| 02:50 | the background for this and a little hack . The | |
| 02:53 | kids were in here playing . I need to unplug | |
| 02:55 | that because this was all the way tall . My | |
| 02:57 | Yeah , they were playing with that . If it | |
| 02:58 | was a computer on there , just kidding . So | |
| 03:02 | I just unplugged it . Okay . And plug that | |

| 04:10 | to be creative . Let's see how it turns out | |

| 04:41 | it's just spot wall and I figured when this raises | |
| 04:43 | up , I can have a poster over there so | |
| 04:47 | I can do a standing spot there , standing there | |
| 04:49 | , standing there , standing everywhere doing youtube . What's | |
| 04:57 | youtube ? What ? You too ? Okay , so | |
| 05:07 | I'm using pushpins . Just these little basic pushpins . | |
| 05:11 | If I was doing more of a permanent thing , | |
| 05:13 | I would just put now and then you can just | |
| 05:15 | raise your map up and down . It's so easy | |
| 05:17 | with except grab it so I just put it around | |
| 05:19 | them . I'm gonna also do the push pins on | |
| 05:21 | the box , but that's just kind of easy to | |
| 05:22 | use the push pins if I'm doing temporary . Which | |
| 05:25 | this is just a temporary setup . Another little hat | |
| 05:28 | because I put the push pin a little bit on | |
| 05:30 | the edge so that it doesn't just go straight through | |
| 05:33 | and then curl up so it holds it . That's | |
| 05:36 | what it was doing . A I just want to | |
| 05:45 | be a no , don't tangle . I need some | |
| 05:55 | conditioner for these . These are our problem balls on | |
| 05:57 | the shop , a sunshine shop dot com . And | |
| 05:59 | they match this background and I love them . I | |
| 06:02 | love the colors there , like a neutral vibe . | |
| 06:05 | And we also have very bright rainbow . So whatever | |
| 06:07 | vibe , if you like , both of them have | |
| 06:09 | tools like I'm gonna have . Yeah , okay , | |
| 06:21 | this is our larger map . It's the three by | |
| 06:22 | four , so four length and three height . And | |
| 06:25 | then I have two of the pom pom ball strings | |
| 06:28 | so that it can fit all the way around and | |
| 06:31 | I just did it around the perimeter of the four | |
| 06:33 | push pin . I love the vinyl because it's very | |
| 06:36 | durable . Yeah , kids all over there where we | |
| 06:39 | are in camera , but I was just going to | |
| 06:42 | say this one does not have Graham , it's I | |
| 06:44 | still just use push pins on the corner . You | |
| 06:45 | can double up and have one here , one here | |
| 06:48 | . If you're gonna take yours up and down , | |
| 06:49 | I would use grommets . But you can also do | |
| 06:51 | those like sticky velcro things or you know if you | |
| 06:55 | have a magnetic board , you could just use magnets | |
| 06:57 | to hang it . It's pretty heavy . So you | |
| 06:59 | need some heavy duty magnet because it's vinyl , so | |
| 07:01 | it's pretty heavy duty . I love how this one | |
| 07:03 | shows up on camera . I love how this one's | |
| 07:05 | a neutral vibe . I can't get myself to cut | |
| 07:08 | those . Um I just can't do it maybe in | |
| 07:10 | the second . I will , I don't know , | |
| 07:12 | I can't decide , but I'm doing a corner over | |
| 07:13 | here . So standing corner and this is a standing | |
| 07:16 | sitting , so the desk will be right there . | |

| 07:50 | desk really fast . So this is my flex respond | |
| 07:53 | and this was actually sent to me . I have | |
| 07:55 | a sit to standing desk and it's in storage and | |
| 07:59 | I love this . I have but I got it | |
| 08:01 | at Costco and I can never find it . It's | |
| 08:03 | like one of those things where you buy at Costco | |
| 08:05 | and they only have it once in a blue moon | |
| 08:07 | . So like I'm gonna go over this desk and | |
| 08:10 | my honest review on if I like it , if | |
| 08:12 | I recommended my biggest thing and the reason why I | |
| 08:14 | was like yeah send this to me was because number | |
| 08:17 | one it sits standing but it has its electric so | |
| 08:20 | I don't have to get crank it and electric button | |
| 08:23 | over here on the side where I can go up | |
| 08:25 | and down . And then the other thing was it's | |
| 08:26 | very affordable . So this was a very affordable and | |
| 08:30 | I actually read reviews to see like is it cheap | |
| 08:33 | because it's affordable . But I've come to find that | |
| 08:35 | it's actually very durable . I'll show you . So | |
| 08:38 | this is the sitting spot . So I have this | |
| 08:40 | backdrop for where I'm sitting , it goes taller than | |
| 08:43 | my other desk and it actually feels a little bit | |
| 08:46 | more sturdy . But it's cheaper . I have a | |
| 08:50 | couple of things to go over the icons . It's | |
| 08:53 | just electric . It's electric . Look how tall it | |
| 08:56 | goes . See I would not need it this tall | |
| 08:59 | , but if you're six ft , if you're talking | |
| 09:01 | six ft , like this could be a good option | |
| 09:03 | . I always like to have my arm at that | |
| 09:05 | 90 degree angle so I would have it here . | |
| 09:07 | But I also want my camera . So while you're | |
| 09:09 | teaching actually , I don't even want my arms there | |
| 09:11 | in 90 degree . I want my camera lined up | |
| 09:13 | with my eyes . That's my big goal when I | |
| 09:15 | am teaching so that my arms are free . I'm | |
| 09:16 | here and I can grab props as I go . | |
| 09:18 | So I love the standing desk and then I can | |
| 09:21 | sit if I want to take a break while I'm | |
| 09:23 | teaching . I recommend this desk . I think it's | |
| 09:25 | great for an affordable sitting standing desk and good quality | |
| 09:30 | as far as like stability when it was at its | |
| 09:32 | top . It was not shaky sometimes . Like it's | |
| 09:35 | the top , you're like okay my monitor is going | |
| 09:37 | to fall . But I played it's very durable and | |
| 09:39 | sturdy into the bottom . Okay , I want to | |
| 09:42 | show you a couple things over here on this side | |
| 09:43 | . So come here , I love the adjustable height | |
| 09:47 | . So you're working at a desk a lot and | |
| 09:48 | your laptop is low , you can't stack your laptop | |
| 09:51 | definite on books so that it's high level . I | |
| 09:53 | do know that you can also purchase items that raise | |
| 09:55 | it up but I love to just raise at my | |
| 09:58 | desk and then it's high level . I've noticed that | |
| 10:00 | because I haven't been working the desk that does not | |
| 10:02 | go up and down , I'll start hunching over . | |
| 10:04 | So I really love it for the health benefits helps | |
| 10:07 | you to open up your chest to help you to | |
| 10:08 | have that good posture . And also I have the | |

| 10:32 | , easy user friendly . My other desk is a | |
| 10:35 | touch screen and my kids would knock it or touch | |
| 10:38 | it . And so this one I just unplugged when | |
| 10:40 | I'm not in this room because it is the playroom | |
| 10:43 | , right ? So it doesn't like it because I | |
| 10:45 | don't want them fiddling with the dials here . I | |
| 10:46 | don't want them raising it up . I've already made | |
| 10:48 | that mistake already learned from history . The one thing | |
| 10:50 | I really wish this did have was just like a | |
| 10:53 | drawer right here , but it's an easy fix . | |
| 10:55 | I mean , I can just put my stuff over | |
| 10:57 | here . You can see , I just have a | |
| 10:58 | jar with my highlighters . I have my sticky notes | |
| 11:01 | . I would just get an organizer to the side | |
| 11:04 | and organize those because I like them to have a | |
| 11:06 | home in a place . And it is nice when | |
| 11:09 | I can't see them here on the desk , but | |
| 11:11 | it does make the desk lighter and it's more durable | |
| 11:14 | . I mean it's easier simpler . It's very simple | |
| 11:18 | . And so I just love that . It gives | |
| 11:19 | you the option for the standing sitting desk , that's | |
| 11:21 | electric . I don't want to be cranking during class | |
| 11:24 | . Please don't make me . But I just love | |
| 11:27 | that more thing with all of these chords . Yes | |
| 11:30 | , you can see the motor when it's the back | |
| 11:32 | side of it with all these chords . They actually | |
| 11:33 | have ties that you can tag them up . So | |
| 11:36 | if I wanted it to go across to the other | |
| 11:37 | side , for wanted to tag these chords up and | |
| 11:39 | I could have them just like right along . Hey | |
| 11:41 | , so I just want to show you each angle | |
| 11:43 | of my classroom . So this is the front view | |
| 11:45 | . This is where my laptop will be and I | |
| 11:47 | can raise it up and down . So you'll notice | |
| 11:49 | that it can be eye level . It's just very | |
| 11:50 | seamless and nice to have that electric button up and | |
| 11:54 | down and then I can stand up also in this | |
| 11:56 | position . Let me show you using . I skipped | |
| 11:59 | my chair back and I put my map . I | |
| 12:01 | have the three by four inch so that it also | |
| 12:04 | works for standing . So now one thing to keep | |
| 12:07 | in mind is that my lighting can sometimes be too | |
| 12:10 | low when I go up and down . So I | |
| 12:11 | might want to have my light above that's shining down | |
| 12:13 | on me . I just have a ring light here | |
| 12:15 | in front of us and I will be going over | |
| 12:17 | equipment in our next video . Okay , I'm gonna | |
| 12:21 | show you the other angles in the classroom . So | |
| 12:23 | this is also standing . I put the corner is | |
| 12:25 | a standing option , You're still on the desk so | |
| 12:28 | I can take my laptop , I can take it | |
| 12:29 | over to the corner . I was having so much | |
| 12:32 | fun creating this classroom . I think the part that | |

| 12:40 | to hang the maps and hang the pump on balls | |

| 12:46 | great . One thing that is a con is I | |
| 12:48 | put this on the wrong corner because I don't have | |
| 12:50 | the buttons on the desk right here to go up | |
| 12:52 | and down . So I have to go over here | |
| 12:54 | , right , move it up and then I have | |
| 12:56 | to pop over here . So if I was setting | |
| 12:59 | this up permanently , I would take the time to | |
| 13:01 | move my corner over there so that when I'm in | |
| 13:03 | class I could just be in front of the big | |
| 13:05 | map here . I can be in front of this | |
| 13:07 | one and then I can just pop right over here | |
| 13:11 | , right , and I can do that . I | |
| 13:14 | just want to have to be out of screen . | |
| 13:15 | So if it was a permanent classroom , this is | |
| 13:17 | a temporary classroom , the kids toy room . I | |
| 13:19 | had so much fun setting it up . It was | |
| 13:21 | very simple to hang everything . But again , it | |
| 13:24 | was just how to organize it all . So I | |

| 15:42 | a game changer . But if you do want a | |
| 15:44 | standing desk by your sitting desk , that's what I | |
| 15:47 | had . I just had like a basic desk from | |
| 15:49 | Target was like 50 bucks . And then I had | |
| 15:51 | one of those shelves that I could stand in front | |
| 15:54 | of it and put my laptop on top of and | |
| 15:56 | that one was like less than 50 bucks . So | |
| 15:59 | that's a very cheap option . If you are saying | |
| 16:02 | , hey , I can't invest in this desk yet | |
| 16:04 | or sitting standing desk , there are other options to | |
| 16:08 | sit and stand and you can definitely do a makeshift | |
| 16:10 | . So I just wanted to say that because I | |
| 16:11 | kept using the word affordable and I thought you know | |
| 16:13 | what , this is an investment because it's about 300 | |
| 16:15 | bucks . That's a good chunk of change . So | |
| 16:17 | I just wanted to mention that there are other options | |
| 16:20 | . If this is not inside your budget at this | |
| 16:22 | point or if you're just starting teaching , don't go | |
| 16:23 | by all the things just start with what you have | |
| 16:26 | and then invest as you grow your clientele your students | |
