| 00:20 | you what , you know right now , I'm going | |
| 00:22 | to show you how to work out this particular type | |
| 00:25 | of percentage question . It's really easy . 16% of | |
| 00:28 | 25 . Not that nice , but I can flip | |
| 00:31 | this around and I can end up with 25% . | |
| 00:36 | 16 . And you can see all I've done there | |
| 00:38 | is I've flipped these numbers around 25% of 16 . | |
| 00:41 | A quarter of 16 . Nice and easy . Equal | |
| 00:43 | to four . Quarter 16 is four . Okay . | |
| 00:46 | So why does this work ? You might remember when | |
| 00:49 | you're doing your times tables as a kid ? The | |
| 00:51 | community of law , What this essentially meant was that | |
| 00:54 | six times three is equal to three times six . | |

| 02:10 | nice and easy . 24 . Okay , the next | |
| 02:14 | question , 60% of 75 . Okay , so let's | |
| 02:17 | flip that around . Maybe you don't mind 60% of | |
| 02:20 | 75 but let's try 75% of 60 . Okay , | |
| 02:25 | so 75% is the same as three quarters , not | |
| 02:30 | a bad one tonight . So if you know that | |
| 02:31 | three quarters , what's one quarter of 60 one , | |
| 02:33 | quarter 60 is 15 , So three lots of 15 | |

| 02:42 | one ? Okay , lucky . Last . We have | |
| 02:44 | 44% of 150 , which is the same as 150% | |

| 02:54 | and do this ? Well , 150% . Well this | |
| 02:56 | is one And a half times . Okay , 1.5 | |
| 03:00 | times as big . So what is 1.5 times as | |
| 03:02 | big as 44 ? Well , half of 44 is | |
