The English Literacy and Civics Education Grant is a program within the Division of Academic Affairs and System Integration under the Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents. English Literacy and Civics Education (EL/Civics) grants are authorized to serve adults to provide two components beyond English Language acquisition: citizenship education and civic participation education.
