At the Summit, students engage in dialogue about inclusive education, share the practices that have helped to shape their school culture, and plan for the future. Whether your school is well developed in inclusive practices, or looking to build a more positive environment, you can benefit from this day of collaboration.
The Inclusive Education Student Summit brings together students from across NYC to acknowledge and celebrate the hard work and commitment of schools in making their communities more inclusive. This year’s theme is Sharing Our Talents in Inclusive Schools. Before the event, schools are asked to design and implement a project that focuses on the theme. The Summit will be held on Wednesday, December 9th at Baruch College.
