Aspire Centennial College Preparatory Academy is based in Huntington Park California, which comes under the Los Angeles unified district. The school used Lumos StepUp program in 2017-18 to support student’s Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium preparation.
Improvement in State Ranking
There are 2480 middle schools in California and Aspire Centennial College Preparatory Academy was ranked 1351 in the 2016-17 academic year. In 2017-18, the school adopted Math program for Grade 6. About 180 students used the Lumos StepUp program for SBAC Math practice. In the 2017-18 SBAC tests, Aspire Centennial College Preparatory Academy rank improved by 417 positions.

Compared to 2016-17, the percentage of 6th graders who met state expectations in 2017-18 SBAC Math increased by 27.3%.
