02:43 Okay dokey . That's all for our updates for this
02:46 week . So let's go to today's lesson topic .
02:50 Today's lesson topic is , as I said about common
02:55 adjectives and prepositions combinations . So we've got um let's
03:01 see . 12345677 that we're going to cover today .
03:05 I'll show you today's lesson boards right now so you
03:08 can take a picture uh if you like and then
03:12 we'll get started . So this is what we're going
03:14 to talk about today . We're going to talk about
03:17 all of these groups of adjectives and prepositions , and
03:22 some of these adjectives can be used with more than
03:25 one proposition . Okay , so you might think to
03:29 yourself during in today's lesson you might say wait ,
03:32 can I use this adjective with this proposition and this
03:36 proposition ? Yes . There are many different combinations that
03:40 are possible . So today we're going to talk about
03:43 a bunch and you can send me your example sentences
03:46 live . I will try to check uh and get
03:49 back to you . Okay , Everybody is here now
03:52 I think great thai facebook facebook , what's up ?
03:54 Hi everybody . Omae , hello , welcome and Sergio
03:59 . Hello and ali Hello everybody on facebook Youtube ,
04:02 you're there to Hi David and joan Aqui Hello ,
04:05 Javier , sushi , high bourgeois . Do hello ,
04:09 welcome everybody . Great . Oh , I need to
04:11 share . Listen , okay , I'm sharing the lesson
04:15 . Okay , now I'm ready . Let's get started
04:19 . Okay , first one , let's begin with these
04:22 two . So a common theme for today's lesson is
04:27 emotions . We use a lot of these pairs to
04:30 express our emotions how we feel about something . So
04:35 let's get started with this first group . Also important
04:40 , I chose some very common adjectives to practice for
04:44 today's lesson , but there are many other adjectives you
04:49 can use to follow this pattern to practice this .
04:53 Read . Reading is a great way to practice this
04:56 and to pick up more adjectives here . So let's
04:59 take a look . The first proposition I want to
05:03 focus on is to two . So for this practice
05:07 I've chosen these adjectives . We can use happy ,
05:11 excited , Sad , nice , hard . This hard
05:14 means is difficult . It means difficult , not hard
05:17 , like a surface , difficult , scared and afraid
05:21 . So these are adjectives we use with two and
05:26 the infinitive form of the verb , the base form
05:28 of the verb . So happy to something excited to
05:32 something . You can send your example with one of
05:36 these or if you want , if you know a
05:37 different adjective that follows this pattern , you can try
05:41 . So for example , I'm happy to see you
05:45 . I'm happy to see you . I'm happy to
05:47 see you . We cannot use for here . We
05:51 cannot say I'm happy for C . U . Incorrect
05:53 . I'm happy to see you another example . She's
05:58 excited to go . She's excited to go . So
06:03 that means she's excited about the prospect , about the
06:08 idea of going somewhere . It's a different way to
06:11 say it much longer way . She's excited to go
06:15 . We're sad to leave . We're sad to leave
06:18 . So we don't say we're sad for leave .
06:21 I think I see lots of mistakes where learners like
06:24 to use four maybe here so please use to another
06:29 one . Everybody I think knows this one . Maybe
06:32 it's nice to meet you . It's nice to meet
06:34 you . Right ? So this do comes before .
06:38 It's nice to meet you . Okay ? And one
06:40 more , it's hard to stop eating these cookies .
06:45 It's hard to stop eating these cookies . So again
06:49 , this hard means difficult . It's hard or it's
06:52 difficult to stop eating these cookies . Okay . We
06:57 can also use scared and afraid of this . Like
07:01 for example , she's scared to try or I'm afraid
07:05 to go . So all of these adjectives can be
07:08 used with two . Okay , Al or Autumn says
07:12 I'm overwhelmed to start over with my S A good
07:16 . Okay . Uh , Kanwal jeet says it's very
07:19 hard to convince him about the trip . Nice example
07:22 of Okay , other ones , some people skipped ahead
07:26 to about Raquel right ? He was livid about the
07:28 car crash . Good , good , good . We'll
07:30 get to the next part in a second . Okay
07:33 . Other examples with to , I'm trying to check
07:36 your two examples , libera says I'm excited to present
07:40 my emotion . Maybe I'm excited to present maybe my
07:44 project or I'm excited to present my paper . We
07:48 don't use present with our emotions . Really ? Okay
07:53 , very nice . It's hard to stop playing this
07:55 song says David . Very nice . Okay . Uh
07:59 , jews . Suzanne says I'm scared to watch horror
08:01 movies . Me too . I really , I have
08:03 a hard time with horror movies . Good . Uh
08:06 , you do me on facebook says I'm happy to
08:09 meet you again . Good . Aaron says , I'm
08:11 afraid to fly . Okay , great example of everybody
08:15 . All right . All right . Byron . I
08:17 was afraid to lose this class close . I was
08:20 afraid to miss . We use Miss Fort classes .
08:24 I was afraid to miss this class . Ok ,
08:26 Everybody is doing a great job . Very nice job
08:30 . Let's go to the next one . About About
08:32 So you can see these adjectives . Many adjectives here
08:37 are the same . So we can use many adjectives
08:42 with different prepositions . That's okay . No problem .
08:45 But be careful because we cannot use a verb with
08:50 this pattern in the first pattern . We used to
08:53 with the infinitive verb here . We're using about plus
08:58 a noun . So let's look at this . What's
09:00 the difference here ? Okay , I'm happy about my
09:04 test . I'm happy about my test . I got
09:06 a good score . I'm happy about my test .
09:09 So we cannot say I'm happy to my test incorrect
09:12 , incorrect . I'm happy about my test . We
09:15 don't say I'm happy of my test either . Okay
09:19 , Another example , we're excited about the movie .
09:24 We're excited about the movie . We use this pattern
09:28 we're excited about or I'm excited about when something is
09:33 coming up in the future , like short term .
09:35 Like I'm excited about my next vacation or I'm excited
09:39 about that class . So we use this to talk
09:42 about something we are looking forward to . I'm excited
09:46 about something . Okay . Oh my gosh , Facebook
09:49 has many ads . Okay , let's go to the
09:52 next one . I'm sad about that . I'm sad
09:55 about that . So you can use these kinds of
09:58 patterns that you can use that or this uh ,
10:02 to refer to the object of your emotion . Like
10:06 I'm angry about that . I'm happy about that .
10:09 So that makes a lot of sense in conversation .
10:12 You don't have to repeat the topic every time .
10:16 Okay , good example of uh , ahora says I'm
10:20 happy about the holidays . Yeah . Great . Great
10:22 . Good . Okay . Other topics . Hi ,
10:25 everybody just joining . Thank you for your nice comments
10:28 . Near Pierre Joel says , I'm happy about our
10:31 victory . Very nice , very nice example on facebook
10:35 . Giancarlo says , how about mad ? Yes ,
10:38 you can use mad here . So I have angry
10:41 , but you can use mad in this , uh
10:43 , in this pattern . Okay . All right .
10:47 Al or Autumn says I'm not afraid about the roller
10:50 coaster . Good try . But when we want to
10:54 express fear with afraid , we use I'm going to
10:58 talk about that later . You notice it's not here
11:01 . We don't use afraid and about together . Good
11:04 try . Really good try . Okay , I'm happy
11:09 about my car , says Hasib your car . Okay
11:13 . Did you get a new car ? Are you
11:15 happy with it ? Okay . Um , can we
11:18 use ? I'm sad about you are sick . No
11:21 . So , this noun here notice in this pattern
11:25 , this noun we use my test a movie ,
11:29 this or that competition . So we don't use really
11:33 a pronoun uh , like you for example , we
11:38 might say , I'm sad to hear you are sick
11:42 . I'm sad to hear you are sick . Okay
11:45 , let's look at some more examples . He's nervous
11:48 about the competition . He's nervous about the competition .
11:53 So , again , this competition is just a noun
11:56 here . We're not using a person . I guess
12:00 with this one , we might in some situations use
12:04 a person after this . For example , he's nervous
12:08 about her . Maybe like a date he's going on
12:11 . He's nervous about her . But that's a very
12:14 specific situation . Generally we use just a simple known
12:19 here . Okay . Uh , good . Let's go
12:22 to the next one . She's worried about her friends
12:27 . She's worried about her friend . Okay . And
12:30 one more . I think my roommate is angry about
12:35 something angry about something . Quick point here . Angry
12:42 . We can use we've seen angry here . And
12:44 we'll see angry in some other points . Later .
12:48 This sentence uses angry about something . Yeah . So
12:53 when you want to express angry feelings , you're angry
12:57 . You want to use about when you have a
13:00 noun after it . Angry about something . Something is
13:05 the key . When you want to talk about a
13:07 person , we'll practice later . Angry with him .
13:11 Angry with her . Or you might hear angry at
13:16 me . So we don't use about with angry to
13:20 talk about people . Okay . Sarah um says we
13:25 are worried about Covid 19 . Very nice example .
13:28 Uh Sean says , I'm make sure to use uh
13:31 this one . I'm nervous about Covid 19 . Great
13:34 job . Okay . Uh no . He says ,
13:37 I believe my wife is angry with me . Angry
13:41 with me at this point . This about point .
13:43 Make sure to use about when we follow it with
13:46 this Now competition task movie for people use with Okay
13:53 , I know you are a good example . I
13:54 think he's angry about my decision . Very nice ,
13:57 very nice . Ok . Oh , my gosh ,
14:01 So many comments . Hello , everyone joining today .
14:03 Many people joining today . Angry about something angry with
14:07 person says , Oh , sushi in the Youtube trap
14:10 . Perfect , perfect . Do you have instagram ?
14:13 Yes , please check the link in the description .
14:15 I'm pretty excited so not cosmology , I'm pretty much
14:20 excited . Pretty much means kind of slipped like so
14:22 so so I'm pretty excited about our new project .
14:28 Uh bourgeois do I'm nervous about her . Looks to
14:32 me , I'm not quite sure what that one means
14:34 . I'm nervous about the way she looked at me
14:37 . Maybe does Roses says , can I say I'm
14:41 sad about this news ? Yeah , you could say
14:43 that or maybe I'm sad to hear that we use
14:46 that more commonly . Alright , many good example sentences
14:51 here . Fantastic . So let's go to part two
14:54 , we'll take one very short break and then go
14:57 to part two . We're going to cover with by
15:00 and in in part two . So super , super
15:03 quickly . If you missed it , there's free stuff
15:06 for you from this link below the video . If
15:08 you're watching on Youtube and above the video if you're
15:11 watching on facebook , if you want to practise your
15:14 vocabulary , if you want to practise some phrases ,
15:17 you can choose your favorite topic from one of these
15:22 and get some practice . So whatever your favorite topic
15:25 is , you can print these out , put them
15:27 on your phone whatever you like , check them out
15:30 . There's a lot , there are a lot of
15:32 these on the english class 101 dot com website .
15:37 So please check the link below or above the video
15:40 to get All right , let's go to part two
15:44 and if you haven't please make sure to hit the
15:46 like button and share this video . So other people
15:49 uh find the lesson . It helps , it helps
15:52 us . Okay , part two . Let's talk about
15:55 three more propositions . Now . In part two we're
15:58 going to practice with by and in . So again
16:03 , uh this uh this list I prepared this uhh
16:10 doesn't include all the adjectives . You can use many
16:13 , many different adjectives uh , in these patterns as
16:17 I talked about before , but I've just chosen some
16:21 very common ones . Okay , so please remember you
16:25 can use others . You can practice in the live
16:28 chat today . Okay , let's take a look .
16:31 Let's take a look . So first with angry ,
16:34 happy and gentle , I chose these three adjectives to
16:38 practice here . Angry . Happy , gentle with a
16:43 noun or a pronoun . So I just talked about
16:47 this point . Yeah . Angry with a person ,
16:50 angry with me , angry with her and so on
16:53 . We can use happy with something or someone .
16:58 Or gentle with something or someone . So , let's
17:03 look at some examples of this with pattern . For
17:07 example , my mom is angry with me , My
17:10 mom is angry with me . Oh no . You
17:13 might also hear my mom is angry at me at
17:16 me . That's also okay angry at , we don't
17:20 use at with happy or gentle here . So if
17:25 it's difficult to remember , just remember with just use
17:28 with they mean the same thing angry at and angry
17:31 with , Okay , next one . I'm happy with
17:36 my haircut . I'm happy with my haircut . So
17:39 you might think this with sounds really strange , right
17:43 ? Like something you do something together with your hair
17:46 . No , we just mean I like my haircut
17:49 . It makes me happy . We express that with
17:52 , I'm happy with my haircut . I'm happy with
17:55 something . So we use this pattern . I'm happy
17:58 with something after often after we make a decision and
18:04 we feel it was a good decision . Like I'm
18:06 happy with my new apartment or I'm happy with my
18:09 job or I'm happy with my plans for vacation .
18:13 I'm excited . So we use this a lot after
18:16 we make a good decision . I'm happy with something
18:20 Rendell says I'm happy with the gnarly waves today .
18:23 Cool . Okay . Nice . Other . Oh my
18:26 gosh . There are so many examples coming in .
18:29 I'm happy with the new song driver's license by Olivia
18:33 Rodrique . Oh , Okay . So for your quest
18:35 or your statement is 100 correct . I would say
18:40 I really like the new song driver's license . So
18:43 like I mentioned this pattern , we tend to use
18:46 it when we make a decision for ourselves and we
18:50 feel good about that . Okay , so Ramses be
18:53 gentle with the teacher . Good example . Marvin Warble
18:58 says he has , he has been gentle with the
19:01 customers . Okay . So maybe please be gentle with
19:04 the customers . Don't be aggressive . Okay . Yeah
19:08 . Let's look at this last one . Be gentle
19:10 with the baby . Be gentle with the baby .
19:14 So that means be nice to the baby . Don't
19:17 be loud or noisy or I don't know . Too
19:21 tough . So be gentle with the baby . Okay
19:24 . Amelia says I'm happy with myself . Yeah ,
19:27 very positive expression . Very nice . I'm happy with
19:30 myself . Good Daniel says , I'm happy with my
19:33 life here in brazil . Very nice , very nice
19:36 . Okay . Jermaine says I'm happy with my new
19:39 business . Good chosen says I'm happy with my clothes
19:42 . Good Byron says I'm angry with myself . Is
19:46 it ok ? Yeah . Good question . When you
19:48 feel the opposite of happy , you feel you made
19:51 a bad decision . You can say I'm angry with
19:55 myself or yeah , I'm angry . I guess we
19:59 would say I'm angry with myself or I'm upset with
20:02 myself . Yeah . Uh , something that expresses that
20:06 I'm angry at myself . We might use that to
20:09 Yes , you can . Okay , good examples .
20:12 Let's go to the next proposition . Bye bye .
20:16 Okay , so here I chose three adjectives . Again
20:21 , surprised , amazed and inspired , surprised by amazed
20:27 by and inspired by . I chose these because I
20:31 see a lot of mistakes , often with the adjective
20:35 that is used . You'll notice in today's lesson .
20:38 The adjectives are all E D adjectives . Yeah ,
20:42 surprised , amazed , inspired . We're not using surprising
20:47 or amazing or inspiring here . Right ? That's because
20:51 these forms we used to express our emotions and that's
20:56 the goal with these sentence patterns . So surprised by
21:01 a noun or a pronoun just like here . Yeah
21:05 , for example , I was surprised by his honesty
21:08 . I was surprised by his honesty . So not
21:12 to , not of not for I was surprised by
21:17 his honesty . Okay , next one amazed . So
21:21 something that causes you to feel amazed , amazed by
21:27 something we were amazed by your singing . We were
21:31 amazed by your singing and one more inspired inspired .
21:36 I'm inspired by you . I'm inspired by you .
21:41 You could say you inspire me as well . So
21:44 there are different ways to say these things . Okay
21:48 , All right . I don't see any questions .
21:51 Oh , remmy Michelle . I'm inspired with . Be
21:54 careful . I'm inspired by , I'm inspired by .
21:58 So we use with these , we don't use inspired
22:01 with is inspired by then . It's perfect . Okay
22:05 . Mm . Others , I was surprised by her
22:09 honest secret Mind star on Youtube . Very close ,
22:12 honesty , honest is an adjective . We need a
22:16 noun here on a steep . Is that okay .
22:21 MZ Cresco on facebook says I will . I was
22:24 surprised by my friend . Okay , good . Uh
22:26 , Lucius says , I'm happy with my happy day
22:28 . You have very positive sentences , everybody . That's
22:32 great . Okay , Carol on Youtube says I'm surprised
22:35 by his behavior . Okay , Lian Nguyen says ,
22:38 I'm amazed by fireworks , fireworks plural there . Good
22:43 Neelam says , I'm inspired by your teaching . Very
22:46 nice . That's awesome . Thank you . Cool .
22:48 Okay , I'm looking for your questions . Uh ,
22:54 I'm amazed by , okay , two people are writing
22:57 about looks , when you want to talk about someone's
23:00 appearance , you want to use this . Like I
23:03 was amazed by her looks where I'm amazed by his
23:08 looks . You can use that looks plural . We
23:12 use looks to describe someone's physical appearance . Okay ,
23:19 All right . Uh , okay , we need to
23:22 move on to the next one . There are many
23:24 comments . Oh my goodness . Oh my goodness .
23:25 There are many comments . Great job , everybody .
23:28 Okay , let's go to the last one . There
23:31 are only two . I chose these because this one
23:34 right here is so important , interested and disappointed ,
23:38 interested in something interested in something . I see this
23:43 mistake interested too are interested for I see this mistake
23:48 in the comments so often . So much so please
23:51 remember this is your very , very , very important
23:54 point for today . Interested in something . For example
23:59 , I'm interested in space travel , I'm interested in
24:03 space travel or I'm interested in cooking . I'm interested
24:06 in your favorite topic . So I'm interested in something
24:11 . Please please please remember . This is your friend
24:15 . This in . This is your friend . This
24:17 proposition is your friend in this powder . Okay ,
24:20 I'm interested in then this second example disappointed . So
24:27 that feeling your expectation was not met . Parents use
24:32 this pattern right here . My parents said this to
24:34 me when I did something bad when I was a
24:37 little kid . We're disappointed in you were disappointed in
24:43 you . Oh , that feels bad . So when
24:47 your parents say we're disappointed in you , it means
24:51 you did not meet our expectations . We expected you
24:55 to behave really well to be a good kid ,
24:58 but you did not . So we're disappointed in you
25:03 . Hi Mom and Dad , if you're watching .
25:05 Okay . So please use in , in these cases
25:09 I'm interested in and were disappointed in some good examples
25:14 are coming in with this . Many people , many
25:16 people are writing . I'm interested in learning english ,
25:19 very nice . Or I'm interested in this video .
25:22 Very good . Um Byron , I'm disappointed for your
25:26 attitude , nope , not for in I'm disappointed in
25:30 or I'm disappointed in you probably , or I'm disappointed
25:33 maybe about your attitude . We might say that ,
25:37 Okay , what does inspired means to someone on youtube
25:41 ? Inspired means you cause someone to feel motivated or
25:45 energetic about their work or their passions . So maybe
25:49 your favorite artist makes you feel inspired . You want
25:53 to try something new ? Okay , many people are
25:57 hurting . I'm interested in your teaching . Okay .
25:59 I'm interested in this video . I'm interested in learning
26:02 english . So some of you right here at this
26:06 point using noun after this . So not I'm interested
26:09 in learn learn as a verb . I'm interested in
26:13 learning english . I'm interested in learning english . Use
26:18 the I . N . G . Form . Okay
26:24 . Others . Oh my gosh , there are so
26:25 many . I'm interested in learning a language and learning
26:28 english and just in the lesson . Okay everybody is
26:30 doing a good job with interested . Great . Great
26:33 . Okay time's going quick . I need to go
26:35 to the last point for today's lesson . Thank you
26:38 for your awesome example sentences . Let's just finish quickly
26:43 . I won't take another break until the end .
26:45 We have two more . Just two more to practice
26:48 today . So let's take a look . All right
26:51 . Um This is of and this one at the
26:56 bottom is four . So let's take a look scared
27:00 , afraid , jealous and tired of noun . Okay
27:06 , so these you'll notice these are kind of negative
27:10 . Yeah , but I notice that lots of people
27:13 make mistakes , especially with this one tired of .
27:16 So let's look at some examples . I'm scared of
27:20 snakes or she's afraid of heights . The difference between
27:25 scared and afraid in this sentence , there's no difference
27:29 . You can choose which you pervert like you could
27:32 say I'm afraid of snakes or I'm scared of heights
27:35 . Both are 100 correct . Okay , so you
27:40 don't have to worry about remembering the difference heights by
27:45 the way , heights with this s at the end
27:47 heights means very , very high places . Very ,
27:51 very tall places like the top of a building .
27:53 Some people don't like high places that's called heights .
27:58 I'm scared of heights where she's afraid of heights .
28:01 Another one jealous jealous . Don't be jealous of your
28:06 neighbor . Don't be jealous of your neighbor . Sometimes
28:10 I see learners right to here . Don't be jealous
28:13 to your neighbor so we don't use too jealous to
28:17 , we don't use don't be jealous of your neighbor
28:21 , Don't be jealous of your neighbor . But okay
28:25 and one more we're so tired of changing our plans
28:31 were so tired of changing our plan . So this
28:35 one tired of I see this one a lot .
28:38 I think learners tend to use to here . I
28:41 see that every once in a while tired of something
28:45 , tired of something . I'm tired of this weather
28:48 or I'm so tired of not sleeping well at night
28:52 , tired of something . I'm tired of doing a
28:55 lot of homework , carol instead of many homeworks and
28:59 I'm tired of doing a lot of homework . Okay
29:02 , what is the difference between study and studies ?
29:05 Well , it depends on the sentence , but grammar
29:07 generally different study is the base form Studies is the
29:11 form we use after he or she or it could
29:14 refer to someone's topic uh of learning . Don't be
29:21 jealous of your sister to someone . Okay . I'm
29:23 jealous of my friends . Is strong . Good .
29:25 Okay . Uh Nora , I'm so tired of this
29:28 . Strike . Very good . Kanwal , jeet .
29:30 I'm tired of his excuses . Good . Gurpreet says
29:33 , don't be jealous of your partner . Good .
29:35 Okay . Hamid says I'm so tired of the quarantine
29:38 . Yeah , that's a great example . Everybody ,
29:41 almost everybody in the world so tired of . Yeah
29:46 , the different the different types of lockdown and quarantine
29:50 . Great example . Okay , um I'm tired of
29:54 the pandemic , yep . For sure . For sure
29:56 . Absolutely . Okay . Uh john Carlos Ayala ,
30:00 is it also correct to use to with scared ?
30:04 We talked about it in the very first part of
30:06 today's lesson . If you missed it , you can
30:09 review after the lesson finishes , so yes , you
30:11 can . But the grammar changes . Okay , let's
30:15 go to the last point because I'm late already .
30:17 Okay . The last point for today is this last
30:21 proposition 44 here . So what can we use with
30:26 four ? Here are some very common examples . We
30:29 have , happy for , ready for late and early
30:34 for and good and bad for . So again ,
30:37 there are more adjectives we can use with this pattern
30:40 , but these are very common . So we use
30:44 this with a noun or a pronoun . So no
30:47 verbs , no verbs please . So noun or pronoun
30:50 for example , I'm happy for you . I'm happy
30:54 for you . Please remember this one . It's great
30:57 to use when you hear good news from your friend
31:00 , from your co worker , from your classmates .
31:03 When you feel happy for another person . So your
31:07 friend is happy ? You feel happy ? You can
31:09 say I'm happy for you , I'm happy for you
31:13 . Okay ? So someone says , I'm so happy
31:14 for you . Alicia did I do something ? So
31:17 usually we use this phrase after your friend or someone
31:22 , you know , had great success in something or
31:26 they achieved something good . I'm so happy for you
31:28 . You got engaged or you got married or you've
31:31 got a great new job . I'm so happy for
31:33 you . So please remember this . It's a very
31:35 nice expression . Okay , next , are you ready
31:39 for the meeting ? Are you ready for the meeting
31:44 ? This is a great one for work situations .
31:47 Are you ready for the meeting ? Not to .
31:50 Are you ready to the meeting ? Now , are
31:53 you ready for the meeting ? Are you ready for
31:56 the presentation ? Are you ready for our discussion ?
31:59 So please use four . Okay . You can also
32:03 use this for meals like , hey , are you
32:04 ready for lunch or if you want to use to
32:08 . In that case , use a verb , are
32:10 you ready to go to lunch ? So it's possible
32:13 to use a different proposition , but the grammar changes
32:17 . Okay . All right next , we're late for
32:21 dinner . We're late for dinner . So you can
32:23 use this again with late , the opposite kind of
32:27 ready . We're late for dinner . So not prepared
32:31 for something . We're late for dinner . We're late
32:33 for the meeting or we're late for the flight .
32:35 Okay , here early then . The opposite of lee
32:39 always arrive early for your flight . Always arrive early
32:45 for your flight . Okay ? Some examples are coming
32:49 in . Good . Yasser says , I'm happy for
32:51 I at great . Great . Are you ready for
32:53 our trips ? Is Emerald good ? Okay , um
32:57 Macharia says , are you ready uh to go home
33:01 ? So we can't use four with a verb .
33:04 We can't say for go . Are you ready to
33:07 go home ? Is okay ? Are you ready to
33:10 go home ? Okay ? Okay . Others others others
33:14 . I'm ready to go anywhere in the world ,
33:16 says chou and I secret Mind Star says I'm late
33:19 for breakfast . Oh , please eat so okay ,
33:23 we're late for the flight says happier . Great ,
33:26 good examples . Everyone , let's go to our last
33:29 pair . Good and bad , Good and bad .
33:31 We use good and bad a lot . When we
33:34 talk about food , when we talk about our diet
33:37 , something that is good for you is healthy food
33:41 , something that is bad for you is junk food
33:44 , not healthy food . So for example , we
33:48 might say this , I don't know this salad is
33:51 good for me or this salad is good for you
33:53 , so that means it's healthy . Another example ,
33:57 This opportunity is good for me . This opportunity is
34:01 good for me . This opportunity is good for me
34:04 . Or on the other hand , something bad .
34:07 So not healthy dangerous . Maybe chocolate is bad for
34:12 dogs . Chocolate is bad for dog . So you
34:15 can use these to pay to talk about personal health
34:19 quite often . Or other examples like these . All
34:24 right . Uh good sarah . Um I'm ready for
34:28 the meeting . I'm ready for the meeting . Uh
34:31 Sofia She is ready for presentation about environment at her
34:35 school . Very , very close . She is ready
34:37 for maybe the presentation or maybe she's ready for her
34:42 presentation . So make sure don't forget a little article
34:47 there . She's ready for the presentation . Mommy sham
34:52 pine . I hope I said that right says vegetables
34:54 are good for the body . Perfect . Perfect Neelam
34:57 says this class is good is good for me .
35:00 This class is good for me via . He'd says
35:03 , what a disgusting food . It's bad for us
35:05 . Good . Okay . Very nice examples , everybody
35:09 . Great . Great . Everyone is doing a great
35:11 job with this . People are saying I'm ready for
35:15 today , I'm ready for a date . Who says
35:17 baga , Hey frank on facebook , is it true
35:20 ? Okay . Great examples everybody . Oh my gosh
35:23 , I have to finish , I'm late , I'm
35:25 very late . Oh my gosh , I have to
35:26 finish so I'll show you today's lesson boards . You
35:29 can take a picture and practice . And of course
35:32 , as I said , there are many other adjectives
35:36 and some other propositions that we use uh two .
