Welcome to a novel way for you to use your voice to help your providers understand and monitor your feelings… and help your provider gain insights previously not available. The Spine and Wellness Tracker app lets your providers better manage your therapy using a voice vital sign. By checking in once a week, your provider receives actionable information to support you. CONFIDENTIAL AND HIPAA-SECURE: Your conversation is private and only shared with the research and care team. We will never provide your data to insurers or sell it to third parties. EASY TO USE & CONVERSATIONAL: Simply follow the prompts and talk to the app. The app is a place you can vent, no judgement. REAL-TIME FEEDBACK TO PROVIDERS: Results are shared with your provider in near-real time to give them a more comprehensive view of your wellness.
