Coverage includes-Our exclusive warranty covers defects in materials or installation excepts for those exemptions listed in the following two sections A, B.

A. Coverage time frame
A Seven year warranty is for 7 years from the date of purchase only.

B. Those items not included in the warranty:

·       fading or

·       discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or

·       chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach.

·       tearing of carpet due to human or animal misuse.

·       (For information on how to prevent fading or discoloration, consult our manual "Keeping Your Carpet Healthy” included in your packet of purchase information.) 

Our Obligation to You
Bluepoint will at our cost repair or replace your carpet within the same or similar price range of the original purchased carpet.  In the event that we cannot repair, or replace your carpet, we will refund your purchase price at the time of claim.
