Some people cook their vegetables while others like them raw.

Nutrients in vegetables give you minerals such as vitamin A, B7, B9, and K. Vegetables can help build strong bones and teeth while you grow.
How Much to Eat Each Day?
For your age, you should eat about 1 ½ cups of fruit each day and about 2 cups of vegetables.
Surprise your parents and ask them to make you a chart to be sure you are eating the amount you should each day!
Fruits and vegetables will not make you fat. So, eat plenty! It’s ok to eat more, too!
