We are proposing presenting a session highlighting our work integrating the arts into our STEAM/Coding Program. Specifically we would highlight 3 projects:Using the KIBO robot in 1st grade wind and weather lessonsIntegrating Osmo Coding Jam into our 2nd grade sound lessonsAnd utilizing electric paint to create musical portraits in 4th & 5th grade.We would bring the supplies so that it would be fully hands on. Participants would be able to go to stations and experience each activity or stay at one station the entire time to learn one concept more fully.Main goal of the session would be to impart some tips and tricks that we have learned over the past two years using these programs.
