Why should you be aware of Tech enhanced question types for a good score in NYST?

Studies show that many students do not perform well in the state Summative assessments at the end of the school year in spite of knowing the concepts well. The reason for this is today’s state assessment requires that the students are well versed in use of computers to answer the different tech enhanced question types in addition to understanding the concepts.

The New York State Tests (NYST) is designed to test student understanding and achievement of the Next generation Learning standards.

The tests can be paper based or computer based. The students will encounter 3 different question types as a part of the NYST Tests.
