Lionel Sosa

Lionel Sosa grew up in San Antonio, Texas.  He was expected to follow his family tradition and learn a trade and become a Democrat.  However, he chose to follow the ideal of the American Dream and also to become a Republican.
In doing so, he ran a small ad- agency.  It was then that US Senator John Tower employed Sosa’s company to run his election ad campaign.  This gained Tower his re-election by focusing on the Hispanic vote.  Sosa was then approached by clients such as Dr Pepper to help gain the Latino market sales.  Sosa and Associates became the largest and most profitable US Hispanic ad agency in the country.
Since then, he was able to work on many presidential campaigns including that of Ronald Reagan.
He now spends his retirement time painting and writing.
