| 00:42 | cause offense intentionally , but it could also happen unintentionally | |

| 00:50 | and not realize that your words made someone feel uncomfortable | |
| 00:54 | , confused or possibly hurt . To avoid all this | |
| 00:58 | , you must pay attention to register how language varies | |
