00:08	The other day in school , we were reading nonfiction
00:11	books about plants . There were all sorts of books
00:13	on weeds and flowers and how plants grow . But
00:17	I chose a book about poisonous plants like poison ivy
00:19	or poison oak . Poison ivy is a plant that
00:22	gives you an itchy rash when you touch it .
00:25	I know that good readers need to ask themselves questions
00:28	while they read a text and answer questions after they
00:30	read a text to make sure they understood everything .
00:33	But I decided that I would spend the rest of
00:34	the period playing instead . Well , then I went
00:37	on a camping trip with my cousins , and I
00:40	got a rash from some poison ivy because I didn't
00:42	know enough about it . Luckily , I had my
00:45	book with me , so I knew how to treat
00:46	it . This time , I asked myself lots of
00:49	important questions when I read the book . Make sure
00:51	you do that when you complete your challenges . Good
