Dear Mr. Seymour,

I ordered a Magic Racing Top from your Company. The toy was delivered to me today in a package that was badly damaged. I took a photograph of the box before I opened it, which I am sending to you as proof of damage. Due, I’m sure, to the damage of the package during shipping, the toy inside was broken.

This toy was supposed to be a gift for my friend’s birthday. There is not enough time before his party to wait on a replacement toy; therefore, I no longer need the toy. I would like for you to refund my money. If you would like for me to return the broken toy, please send a prepaid shipping label.
