The Teacher portal supports functions such as the creation of student accounts, the creation of custom assessments, assigning them to students and monitoring of student progress. The enhanced features make the portal not only visually appealing and easy to use, but also provide convenient access to analytical student performance reports.

The new features of the Lumos Teacher Portal include:

• Advanced Student activity and performance reports to help teachers develop instructional plan.
• Diagnostic Reports designed to identify students’ areas of learning difficulty. With these reports teachers can recommend relevant practice to improve skills on a specific standard or topic.
• Insights by Lesson and Student with multiple filters and capability to drill-down: Detailed reports on skills mastery that help teachers assess the proficiency levels of the students on each attempted lesson/standard. Ability to control report duration and base scores to compare student performances against a uniform scale.
• In-depth proficiency reports that provide insights into students strength and weaknesses.
• Teachers can now view classroom activity reports to identify active and inactive students.
• With the Archive option, teachers starting a new school year can remove old student accounts and add new students in their accounts. To restore students unintentionally archived, the unarchiving capability is also available.
• Pick other students from school: Student accounts from a school would all be available in each teacher account. This makes it easy for a teacher to choose appropriate students into their classrooms.
• A simplified get started guide to help teachers easily create student account and discover learning resources.

With features listed above, Teacher portal provides the perfect platform to support educators with their classroom management.
