NEA Foundation Student Achievement Grants

The NEA foundation allows practicing public school teachers to apply for funding $2,000 to $5,000 of programs designed to improve the academic achievement of students.

The educators must concentrate in problem-solving in students and aim to expand their comprehension of various subjects.

The grants will be offered for 12 months of your efforts. These funds may be used for resource materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and technology.

Grant Details:

  • Grant Amount: 2000$ – 5000$
  • Eligibility: National Education Association (NEA) members who are Public school teachers
  • Duration: 12 months, from the date of award.
  • Deadline: Applications are due Ferbruary 1, June 1 and October 15 2016

  • Deadlines and Grant Notifications:

      Grant applications are reviewed three times a year

    • Application Received By: February 1 Notification by: April 15
    • Application Received By: June 1 Notification by: September 15
    • Application Received By: October 15 Notification by: January 15
