Spring Conference: Educating the Whole Child in the Digital Age

edu

Journey School is proud to announce two special engagements to support, equip, and inspire educators and stakeholders who want to effectively educate the whole child in the digital age. This larger scale event addresses an urgent demand to explore digital media’s impact upon our children and young people. Over two days participants will hear from internationally-renowned speakers and researchers on child development, media psychology, education, and digital media. Events will include keynote addresses, hands-on workshops, educational roundtables, professional development opportunities, and a theater on the grass. Participants will receive advice for implementing projects at their own sites. We will also discuss how to help students learn to use digital media for research purposes, and how culminating 8th Grade Projects can deepen learning and prepare students for high school and for life.
