Leadership Conference for Black Middle School Males and Adults

North Carolina NABSE Affiliates has organized Leadership Conference for Black Middle School Males and Adults.
Day one:
Sessions for middle school black males include interactive presentations on critical leadership, etiquette, self-esteem building, positive communication among peers, and a motivational session designed to improve reading and writing skills through current-day music and poetry.
Day two:
Sessions for educators will focus on cultural issues related to public education – strategies, interventions, programs, and resources to improve the quality of education for all students.
Powerful, national speakers will dicuss cultural issues and best practices to improve the quality of education for all children, especially children of African descent.
