How to set up the
StepUp Knowledge Assistant + Zoom integration
- You need to have a Lumos StepUp Account to avail all the features.
- When using the StepUp Knowledge Assistant + Zoom integration, make sure you select "Record to the Cloud" when you record your Zoom meeting.
Follow the step-by-step
StepUp Knowledge Assistant + Zoom integration setup
Log into your Lumos StepUp Account and click Knowledge Assistant on the left-hand side menu panel.
Click Create a Catalog button and enter the desired catalog name and description > Click Create.
Click the Add Document button placed at the top right of the page. Under Video section, click on the ZoomThis will require you to log in to your Zoom account.
Click Allow.
Select the date range, recording type, and the recording(s) you want to upload and click Submit.
You will receive a notification message on your registered email once the video is processed. You can now search across all your media files and transcripts for keywords and phrases. Then, instantly jump to those critical moments with one click.
How To Uninstall StepUp Knowledge Assistant + Zoom Integration
Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the StepUp Knowledge Assistant app.
Click the StepUp Knowledge Assistant app.
Click Uninstall.
