There are many reasons people install apps, but the number of reasons why apps are uninstalled is more limited. Understanding these simple reasons can help you develop an app that people will keep on the mobile devices and use over the long-term.

Too Many Notices

The most common and clear cut reason people get rid of an app is because the app becomes annoying. App developers are often searching for methods to keep the person using the app on a constant basis. A simple strategy developed to achieve this purpose was to include reminders and daily notices that the app displays on a mobile device. Although sometimes these reminders work great, on other occasions the notices and reminders really annoy a user and to get rid of the constant beeping from the notice, the user simple uninstalls the app from their mobile device.

To avoid this, all you have to do is develop an app that allows users to turn off notifications. This way a user who is to annoyed by the notifications can stop getting them and won’t have to take the drastic step of getting rid of the app.

Storage Issues

Another critical reason people uninstall apps is because they lack enough storage space on their mobile device. An app that takes a lot of storage becomes the first target when people are putting an order in their mobile systems. To avoid your app from ending up in the trash can develop the app so that the storage space it requires on a system is limited.
