My Wish

Latin class @ 3:00
Piano lesson @ 4:00
Then play rehearsal and finally homework
With this schedule, life’s never a bore.
But sometimes I wish
I wish that I could be free
Free to think
Free to daydream
Free to just be me!
A kid with no commitments
Well, other than school
And maybe one extracurricular activity
That I get to choose
Yes, sometimes I wish
I wish that I could be free
Free to think
Free to daydream
Free to just be me!
